​At the Abernethy Law Firm, P.C., we charge a fixed, flat fee whenever possible. Each case is different though, so the facts and circumstances of each case must be analyzed to determine the scope of the case prior to quoting a fixed, flat fee in any case. In cases in which we cannot possibly predict the amount of time that will be required, we charge an hourly rate of $350.00 for the services of Matthew E. Abernethy. Substantial retainers are generally required, although payment plans and contingency fee arrangements may be available in some cases.
